Certificate of Completion

Upon successful completion of the course and passing the required assessment, you will receive a certificate recognized by the state of Florida. It is your responsibility to ensure that our certificate of completion meets your employer's or regulatory requirements.

Payment and Refunds

All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. We offer a refund in circumstances such as accidently purchasing more than one course, or you have subsequently found your current certificate. Refunds are only available if you have not accessed any course materials and request a refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at support@usfoodhandler.com. Refunds will be processed and credited to you through the third-party payment partner you initially used. (Credit Card/PayPal). How it works: a) Learner requests refund b) Date of purchase checked c) Completion of exam checked d) The decision to refund/not refund made e) Refund processed and credited via the initial payment method f) Details recorded in complaints/refund log
